OLA 2800 BOX BLANK MASTER

* OLA 2800 is the machine for customer-made box blanks.

MODE OF OPERATION:

The board sheet fed in by hand is seized by the pull-rolls and pulled at the pre-feeding speed until the detecting element detects its edge. The box blank is driven forward by the pull-rolls and positioned at each working station where the relative tool is activated by the program (slotting, die cutting, cross-creasing, printing, cutting) until all the programmed operations have been executed.
Cutting and creasing in the drive direction are performed by knives attached to the pull-rolls and/or the optional equipment.

OPERATIONAL PROGRAM SETTING

The program is veryuser friendly; you simply feed the values
ofeach working phase into the display menu.

* Cross-cutting on the whole width; feed in the value (0-9999)
* Point of slotting and cross-creasing; – feed in the value
(15 pieces per onebox blank)
* The optional equipment is controlled by feeding in the
tool number, the startingmeasure and the working length
* If required, rolling speed can be reduced by feeding in the
desired value
* The program includes a counter and automatic program stop
after the set drive
* All settings can be reset by one press
* Wastegate mode is set on or off; time span can be adjusted
* By manual feed the pull-rolls can easily be driven backward
and forward
* End of cycle is signalled by an indicator light

The knives can be easily and quickly adjusted by a special tool with the measuring scales of the machine.
